Failure of Cuttler Hammer Touch screen monitor

Dear Friends,
I requried very urjently Cuttler Hammer made Touch screen LCD monitor. It is working with GE Fanuc PLC. Spec: VGA Monitor model :D7 DBA 10 AGA
Can you please help me.

Cutler Hammer is a division of EATON.

By the was, the -AGA is not the touch screen version. Therefore, if the problem is that it doesn't respond to touch, a new one won't help... ;)
