I am in a big problem and need your engineering help.it is more than 3 weeks that I can't solve this problem.
I have a TD17 connected to S5-95U ( AS511 direct cable without any current loop, connected port IF 1A on TD17 to port PG on PLC), kindly you are requested to help me:
Always I have message $115 ( PLC-Restart-Running), I have done restart PLC and also TD17, I have downloaded S5 and HMI software several times, without any possitive result.
On the TD17 I have one standby message and 10 event messages and some variables but only the standby message is appear and the others dont work.
In the user guide it' is refered to COMMUNICATION USER's GUIDE but I can't find that file.
cable connection is as follows:
TD17 PU port of S5-95U
