PLC Schneider Electric Zelio Logic SR3, lost ethernet connection after electrical ene

Hi.
I am, in fact, not an specialist in PLC's but, in my work we remotely access a gear 500 kilometers away and we have observed, after some electrical energy glitches, power outages, one of the components of our system, a Schneider Electric PLC Zelio Logic SR3, lost its connection through the ethernet, so far being the only solution to ask someone else around to unplug and then replug the ethernet connector.
The ethernet connection is provided by a Cisco Catalyst 3500 and, as far as other components easily/promptly recover after a power outage, it seems to be our only problem is the PLC.
I will appreciate if someone -please- can give me a suggestion. Whoever programmed the PLC is not here, that is why I am searching for possible answers.

This is probably due to the sequence that things are starting up. Can you replicate the situation manually?
If so, then you may need to delay the start of the PLC until other components are powered up.
Another option is to try and keep the PLC active longer by the use of an uninterrupted power supply. (UPS)

Thanks for your reply. At less now I cannot replicate the failure, because I am far away of that location. We are considering the use of batteries as a way to back-up the PLC. However, the other workaround looks more interesting: "delay the start of the PLC until other components are powered up."

Please, I will appreciate a suggestion, hint, clues, tips.... on how to do that. As I say this is a Schneider Electric PLC Zelio Logic SR3 B261BD. I can see one Zeliosoft2 Diagram, which I guess is the one but, I do not have a clue on what to do

A simple on-delay timer with the normally open contacts supplying power to the PLC.
