Adding PC Station inside my Hardwar configuration

Hi!

I'm speaking about Siemens PLCs ( S7-300)

Can someone explain me benefits adding PC Station(SCADA) inside my hardware configuration.

IN almost 90% of our projects we have request for SCADA. But I've never put PC Station inside my hardware configuration.

Can someone explain me or at least provide some link with benefits of this.
