So i have 2 IV-500 cameras on my machine. Neither one of them are reachable when I check Accessible Devices.
On the Keyence software I do have the protocol set to Profinet. Have set the name and IP on the software. I can ping it from my PC, but Portal V13 cannot see it. Has anyone else run into this issue? We are using a 1515 Siemens PLC.
