I currently use a programmable automat STEP7.
I need to simulate the functions of a S7-300 automate and to observe the exit situation according to the input data.
The test of the S7-300 program is made by plcsim because I do not have the S7 on my office.
I use Microsoft Excel tables to define the initial situation, read/write inputs and outputs data evolution, and automaticaly fill the test reports.
And I want to use Visual BASIC (Or Delphi) to interface Excel and S7-plcsim (read/write inputs and outputs, force boolean operand to 1 or 0...).
My problem is how to make a connection between PLCSIM and Excel in visual basic or delphi ?
How to take control of PLCSIM with vb or delphi ?
How to do all that i want ??? ^_^
Which DLL and ocx to used?
