Rockwell CCW Panelview 800 error create alarm

When creating an alarm for Panelview 800 I am getting the error message that an alarm is no message configured, but the text column to be displayed is configured in the message column so the application is not validated and I can not transfer to the HMI. How to solve this problem ??
