ALARM_DQ function in STEP7

I used the ALARM_DQ function is a STEP7 project.
I copied that section from an example in the siemens support website.
When I run the project, I get error code 8085 which says: "There is no logon for the specified EV_ID".
I couldn't find any explanation about it and I don't understand what is missing.
