Panelview 550 Comm Error = 9013 0, 13

Good evening everyone.

I am working with the follow equipment

Controllogix 1756-L55A/M13/A
ControlNet 1756-CNB/D Channel A
Panelview 2711-K5A2

When I turn on the power everything starts up without any errors or red lamps lit up, but over on the Panelview 550 I get a 634 in the right upper corner with the Following message across the top of the screen
Comms Error = 9013 0, 13

Does anyone know what this is telling me and just where can I get a copy of these codes?

The 2711-K5A2 is a standard PanelView with DH485 networking, but the rest of the system (and that error code) suggest you have a PanelView with ControlNet, which would be a 2711-K5A15.

Here's an RA Knowledgebase document (Access Level: Everyone) that describes that error code. Is the controller properly in RUN mode ?

You was right Ken that was a Panelview 2711-K5A15!! I was looking at a different unit.
Every thing is working real good now.
Now I have to see how to go about converting this program from version 8.2 to a newer version
