Hey guys,

I have a question about buddy-for-s7 software. Has anyone used it? I want to know what kind of licence it uses? Is it possible to use this software on more computers with the same licence or do I have to buy licence for each of them??

Also you can tell me something about your experience with the program - did it satisfy your needs?

Any information would be very helpful!!

I'd never heard of this until you posted it. Apart from being able to run from a script (i.e. so could be set to run automatically) I can't really see what it's giving you that you don't get from Simatic Manager. It talks about also backing up the hw config but if you just create a new project and do "Upload Station to PG" you'd get that anyway and it's not like the hw config is changing very often.
