Now that I have your attention :D

I'm suffering noise issues on an unshielded flat cable, and was considering foil or mesh shield tape for the job.

Has anybody used this stuff before? How did you feel about it's performance? Adhesive or non-adhesive? Mesh or foil?

Any suggestions greatly appreciated.
