Twido PLCs connectivity link mode

Assalam o Alaikm,

Hi all,
I want to ask the connectivity link mode for twido CPU TWDLCAA40DRF And TWDLCAE40DRF.Can any body provide data sheets with above information.I need to connectivity link mode either these PLCs work on following settings.
1-Auto mode
2-100 Mbs full duflex
3-100 Mbs half duflex
4-10 Mbs full duflex
5-10 Mbs half duflex
