DO NOT try to print from on-line!
First, while on-line, go to F6-AUX and select Save PLC. Then select Save ALL to File-XXX. (XXX = filename of your choice)
When the save is done, exit from Aux, exit from on-line then select File-XXX and go off-line with File-XXX.
At the off-line screen, press the space-bar to go to display the alternate options. Select the print option (F1). Now, try your print. But only try to print maybe 40 bytes (ladder address 0 to 40 in the print menu). At Synonyms, enter "Y".
Let us know what happens.
If you get a listing at all, probably without synonyms or comments, then I'll step you through that. But first need to see that you get anything at all.
