RSTrainer 2000 Copy Protect

After Installing RSTrainer 2000 Student Manager and activating it on both Win2k and WindowsXP Pro:


Can anyone tell me why my RSTrainer 2000 repeatedly prompting with copy protect.. not found.

I have the Gold Master Key and activated it at installation. and yet the problem exist.

What is this copy protect file?

RSTrainer 2000 uses the RSI copy protection system just like everything else. The Gold Master activation will work with it.

Remember that with Gold Master, you have to have enough activations to run each program you're going to run simultaneously. If you have only one "Gold" license, you can run RSLinx, for example, but not both RSLinx and RSTrainer 2000.

If you actually have a Gold Master and are not an RA employee or distributor specialist, you're going to want to get your activation help from the person who got you that activation. They are not intended for customer use and should not be used as "demo" activations.

They also expire every February. Check the date on yours.

And yes I am aware that I must have a per program. Thus, I have a key for my all my RS programs.

I am running RSLogix 5/500/5000/Linx and so on. I am able to run all but RSTrainers.

In fact, I physically move more than 1 license key for RSTrainer. Thus, one for each Trainer program(s).
