How can I make a cable for communication between MP370 ÒÐ and S5-100U CPU103 throug

From the documentation " The Technical management on MP 370 6AV6591-1DB10-2AB0 page B-1 " mape of pins of connector D-SUB (15pin female) from party MR370 TP as in the table is lower than socket D-SUB

How must I do a cable to solder for connection of the panel on IF1A to S5-100U CPU103 through TTY? Must I do like “ To connect one in one contacts of two D-SUB (15pin female) (from party MR370 TP and party S5-100U CPU103) i.e. 1with 1, 2 with 2 and e.t.c.. Or by principle RxD-with TxD-(6 with 9) and accordingly RxD + with TxD + (7 with 2)?? I.e. how it will look?? As in the table is lower or it is wrong??
