how to connect omron cqm1h cpu21 with instrument control toolbox matlab

I want to monitoring data from plc omron cqm1h cpu21 by instrument control toolbox matlab. I want analyze it for controlling the system. Anyone help me how to connect plc with instrument control toolbox?
