I can't get to Rockwell Web Updates page

When I go to http://support.rockwellautomation.com/ and click on "software updates" I get redirected back to the main support page. I have tried signing in to every place I can find to sign in to.

I have tried on 2 different computers - both with the same results.

Anyone else having this problem??

I guess I didn't read your post very carefully.I just went to the link and click around on a few items but not on software support.

In my computer it's working.

Can't it be a problem with cookies settings?
