Controlling Steeper Using CJ1(Omron)

Hi guys, Im using omron for quite a time now, but it is the first time that im using a steeper motor in an application. My PLC is a CJ1 plc and im using a pulse output module. Can any one help me on how to generate pulse at the module, and how to change the speed by entering a desired speed on a touch screen? I would be very thankful to you guys... Im completely clueless...
