GE Series One to DS4 Link

I'm having trouble connecting to a 106 CPU via DS4. I know the port is com 1..but that's all I'm sur of. I've tried auto connect but no good so far.. the link configurator seems to freeze when the status is determining the PLC type???

Any Ideas????
