Hello

Does anyone now VIPA plc's ?

It looks a lot like Siemens hardware. I downloaded a evaluation programm called WinPLC7 (version 3). With this software i am able to programm Siemens S7 code (LAD-IL-FB). I am also able to test the software without a real PLC using the internal simulator.

Does anyone has expierence with VIPA ?

I have only gleened a little info from VIPA users on sps-foren.de.
VIPA PLCs should be OK. Only problems are:
Specialty S7-300 modules are not supported. Only regular S7-300 i/o modules are supported.
The teperature tolerances are not so good as Siemens.

There should also be a new super fast CPU made by VIPA and ProfiChip.
