Ladder Diagram of a Traffic Ligths

Hi,how are you doing. I hope you will help me as soon as you can. My real question is how to do a program of a traffic lights using ladder diagram on 4 way stop. I'm realy strugling on programing a traffic ligths and using the correct input and output in order.

It would be a greate plesure on these practicl assigment i have to represent on friday.Would you please send me with fuul details of how it works more special the ladder diagrams.

Could you post a Karnaugh Map of what you wish to accomplish?

Well,It would be a "A FRAME" type "LADDER" as most traffic lights are in the middle of a street a ladder wo'nt do. Most use a bucket truck.
