S7 adding value to DataBlock

Is there a possibility to add a constant number (int) to a specific place in an already opened DB. This action can only be done when all specified conditions( see above) are met.
Because in this example no matter what conditions meant at rthe beginning, the value of '37' will always be added in DBW1
