C/H Panelmate 1700 on DH+ problem

I seem to be having a problem uploading and downloading the configuration files to and from the Panelmates on the DH+ network. Somtimes when I just want to upload the panelmate info. it will fail. Sometimes when i try to upload from a panelmate (power pro 1700), the upload will fail and the panelmate will have a message saying "watch dog timer time out error". Sometimes I can upload with no problem at all. Could this be a network speed (im set to 57k) problem or can the watch dog timer in the panelmates be adjusted?

I have 6 panelmates on the network and 10 A/B PLC 5's.
