RSView SE pop-up alarm screen

Has anyone created a pop-up in RSView SE that would pop-up on any display and display any active alarms and then minimize when the alarms are clear?

Also, I'm at the customer’s site doing a FAT, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have done this with the clasic PV and RSView ME. If you think this will help let me know.
