who's fault is it???

Hi I am new to plcs and a student.
I have an Allen Bradly micrologix 1000 mod#1761-l16bwa series E frn 1.0 .
the 24v power suply was shorted and the plc went into fault mode. can I save it?????
what do i need to do to get it back to normal.?!?!?

RSLogix software to connect to it and clear the fault.

PS: you may have to reload the program also.
