WHEN I POSTED MY FORS MESSAGE I JUST WANTED SOME ADVICE FROM PEOPLE WHO HAVE BEEN PROGRAMMING GIVEN MY BACK GROUND SHOULD I BE ABLE TO TACKLE PROBLEMS QUICKLY. THE PLC ARE ALLEN BRADELY SOME SIEMENS DONT KNOW MODELS YET OR WHAT THEY ARE RUNNING. HELP!

It is an advantage to have a system set up to play around with. Phil's book on this site is a great way for newbies to start. Rockwell and siemens both have good downloads on their site's on all of their products.
