You should elaborate a bit on what you are asking.

I am doing a simple guess by answering you. Some of the formats are

B3:0/[N7:0]
N11:[N7:1]/[N7:2]
..................

It is like this, the value in the register (within quotes) will be substituted to determine the final address.
