I am a new student to learn PLC presently. I do not know how to program using RSLogix 500 to use 1746-hsce2 to count a high-speed pulse. It's a easy problem. But I really don't know.
Help me! Thank you!

Ken is absolutely correct. Reading the manual carefully is ESSENTIAL. The HSCE modules can be set up to operate in many different modes and you must get all the details correct before it will work.

When you have read the manual please feel free to post back here with more details about your application if you need to.
