Can anyone help with an old TI 500 series controler?
I am trying to find any info on the DC supply and
bin. Not sure of the trouble I have but I need to
make some voltage checks. The PLC is in an old
sputtering system we need to have working again.

Thanks for any help. Danny

I had to find a power supply just the other day....

The part #: 505-6660
As far as any other info., not sure...
I knew this one was bad by the code showing on the RBD (seen it before)
I've had to replace two in the last 10 years.....just don't make them like they used too!

The part number you are referencing is for a 12-Slot rack.

The power supply is TI500-2151, it is 110/220vac.

I don't know what your specific question is?

P.S. the part number posted previously is for a newer series TI plc, the 505 series, not interchangable!

The manual for the TI 500-2151 and 500-2151A calls the following:
Input Voltage 110 VAC (85-132 VAC)
Max Input Power 150 VA
Freq Range 47-63 Hz
Output Voltage +5.10 VDC -5.00 VDC
Max Output I 10.6 A 0.75 A
Regulation + or - 2% + or - 5%
Ripple (P to P) 100 mV 50 mV
Max Output Pwr 54 W 3.75 W
