I changed the font to Fixedsys and it worked for me . . .

You are using the ladder tags? Bottom menu, 2nd from right? I didnt do anything but that for the above. Have to be careful with using preview or if you edit.

Thanks for replying, guys.
Do you just 'space bar' between the comments?

Yes - that's why I changed to FixedSys - spaces are the same size as every other character . . .

And here is your last post - switching to FixedSys, and adding spaces.

This editor does some strange things at times. I just space bar between the comments/names. I have a tendency to make the rung then go back and add the comments.

I am copying and pasting your last effort then just fixing the spaces to see what happens:

Previews can mess them up. I dont know if it matters but I space bar to the first position then type, space bar to position then type....

Create your post in WORD file, using Courier, (keep a file named PLCNET.doc) then copy and paste to a thread.

Previews will always show up right, if you use before your ladder and after your ladder.

Then, if you need to, do your edits on your WORD copy, then copy & paste.

This can produce subsequent issues... it depends... God! I love that answer!

You can always copy and paste a post to your WORD file if you have WORD open when you do so.

Let us see if I can get it to work
Here it is PASTED directly from MSWord, Courier New font:

Here it is PASTED from MSWord, in Courier New font, then changed to FixedSys font and edited to correct spacing :

Conclusions: It doesn't work the same way for every user. Apparently the Windows version, the Internet Service Provider program, and the MSWord version all have an effect on the outcome.

I can create one and it work fine but if I preview or edit then the text will shift to the left. Phil will take care of it eventually. I have started using Word to do ladder and some longer "rants".
