CP5511 + XP SP2 problem

I try to communicate with CPU314 using CP5511 PC-Card.
PG that is Asus A2510SB notebook (I hope my Ricoch CardBus controller is also 16bit)

Bus nodes Diagnostics in Set PG/PC Interface is succesfull
also when I view Accessible Nodes I can see CPU as 'MPI = 2'.

However when uploading, downloading I get error: 'Online: No resources available in the driver.'.
Here is what Help is saying on this:

What can I do ??

Hi PrPol,

I've have problems with several notebooks of the last generation, newer than two years. You should check the card in an older notebook. I'd to buy two new CP5512 because It is Cardbus (32-bits) and works fine with new notebooks.
