it is pretty good

you can learn PLC simulation in The Learning Pits simulation. You can search in search engine (google)

You can download software from several of the manufacturers links listed on the bottom of the page when you click "Learn PLC's".

I know Entertron software includes a nifty simulator. Some others may also.
