Gentlemen,

Anybody faced any issues with using KTX card with a fast CPU like Pentium III , since the card is a 16 bit ISA slot card?

Thanks,

The party line is that 1784-PKTX should be used on modern computers with fast front-side-buses. The PCI driver is a lot easier to set up, too.

But I've used even an old 1784-KT/B in an A-B bulletin 6180 industrial PC with an Intel motherboard and a PIII/800 MHz CPU. I was surprised, but there were no problems.

Really, all you can do is test. If the driver works with the IRQ and I/O location you choose, then it should stay stable permanently.
