Automation provider PLC/Module Database

Hello All,
Does nay one have a Database (Excel Sheet)describring the Product specifc information about PLCs and its Module

Like Rockwell
Micrologix 1000 + IO Modules
Micrologix 1200 + IO Modules
Micrologic 1500 + IO Modules

PLC5 + Io Moudels
SLC
Controllogix
