Siemens S7-300 PLC coding Population

hi all,

I have some standard FC for AI scaling, VFD and PID logic which I can in call in ladder and pass pawameters through DB.

Is there any utility available to popolate the rung logic in XLS or MS office..with just change in inpuet parameter.

If someone has worked in DCS these utilities are avialbel with software only like "Smart Builder" in experionR200 and "Bulk Edit" in DevtalV7.3
