How to program retentive timer in Mitsubishi FX-48MR PLC.

You should find relevant programming manuals at http://www.mrplc.com, "Download code" section, then "Manuals,...".
The Handy Manual is pretty helpful with samples.

Use timers T250-T255 only.

You use them as you would a standard timer, but they must be reset using the RST instruction.
