i wana buy plc but cost average cus i wana connect it to Intouch in my home and make some tasks on them.help me with sites pls and ur openions

The PLC is the cheap part. InTouch is going to cost you.

Look at the Allen Bradley and AutomationDirect.com pages. They have starter kits and low priced units.
