Software conversion

Does anyone know if there is a conversion utility that will convert Xycom over to panelbuilder or RSView? I have a wastewater treatment plant that is interfaced with Xycom and the OEM quoted me $15,500 to convert it over to panelview plus.

i don't think so but i'm curious to see such utility.
what Xycom device we are talking about and why convert at all?
for this money you should be able to get more than one spare
unit and no need to do conversion....

I'm using a Xycom 2005. The OEM told me that they have been out of support for 2 years.
