Actually I have in operation a PCL 5/15 in a old section of my process, a new project added a new process; this new process is using a SLC 500, and I need to connect some old signal to the new one. I have the DH+ option in the old one, the question is, Can I transfer data from the old one to the new one using the DH+ port, what type of interface or software I need to complete the job ? The types of signal to transfer from PLC to PLC are 4 analog inputs (4 to 20 mA) for calculation proposals
I will appreciate your help

Right, is the SLC 5/04.

that's good news ...

Can I transfer data from the old one to the new one using the DH+ port, what type of interface or software I need to complete the job ?

yes, you can transfer the data ... you shouldn't need anything except a piece of "blue hose" cable (and the connectors and terminating resistors) to connect the two processors' DH+ ports together ... then program an MSG (Message) instruction in either one of the processors (your choice) to either READ the information FROM the other - or WRITE the information TO the other ... you won't need an MSG in both processors - just one or the other ...

let us know if you need more help with the details ... once the cabling is done, the programming should take less than an hour (if you're new at it) - or less than five minutes (if you're experienced with such things) ...

good luck ...
