Ok lets try this again everytime the reset button is pushed we lose power on the s-7, checked all inputs and outputs on cards to no avail, e-stop circuit is seperate. also checked rectifier.

Can you expand on this post so that we can understand what your problem is and what assistance you require.

From what you have posted so far, it seems that you have a reset button that causes your PLC to cycle power. How is this reset button wired? How is the power to the PLC wired?

More information is needed
