Mitsubishi A1SH Keyword ????

Hello

This morning when I tried to download my program to my mitsubishi A1SH CPU I got message Enter Keyword. The funny thing is that i have never entered a keyword to my PLC!
This must be some kind of a bugg or else someone is trying to be funny ?? Im totally confused ..
Is there some kind of way to get around this ?
Is it possible to erase the Eprom so that it wont ask for Keyword..?
