how you determine the time INTERVALs on this timer, if it is in seconds, tenth of a second etc.

That's a Series One PLC. All timers in the Series One are the same time interval. The default is 0.1 second. The CPU106 model has a special bit that can make the time increment 0.01 seconds for all timers. The bit address is 770. If bit 770 is false, all timers are 0.1 second increments. If bit 770 is true, all timers are 0.01 second increments.

Your example is probably 60 seconds. To make sure, if you have a CPU106, search for the presence of a coil or a SET instruction that uses address 770.
