have bought the plc tutor book picking things up quite easily but quiz yourself 6, question 3 on page 29 has me stumped, it seems to conflict. help please.

Please state the question as Phil's online tutorial does not have the quiz questions. (They are a bonus of having the book.)

i am planning to buy "Your Personal PLC Tutor...A Guide to Understanding PLCs"by phill melore...give suggestion guys. i am a beginer in the plc field. whether this is usefull in the future that is in high level programing..
