ControlLogix Description Lost on upload

Does anyone know how to restore RUNG Descriptions after they have been lost after an upload to a New without the original base file.

I can restore the TAG Descriptions from the base file by importing them back to the uploaded file, but the Rung Descriptions are not included?

if you have an old copy of the program, if you try and upload over top of it, it will do its best to restore the descriptions I do believe.
