Maybe we need another forum for "I need someone to do my homework" ?

Gee, awhile back I had a thread about having a separate student section. Ah yes, brings back memories. Several of the regulars did not think it was a very good idea, but many have changed their mind.

Alas, I have to agree...we need to set a standard rate for doing homework.

We could have "Cliff's Notes", or would it be "Phil's Notes" on Traffic lights, Door openers, CarWash Panels, etc...

The possibilities could be endless.

Could someone gine me ladder logic for a 4000' conveyor, with three robots and a paint booth???

regards.....casey

What if the vehicle is a convertible? Is the top up or down?
What color is the vehicle?
Are you using rotating brushes or high pressure wash/rinse?
Do you need the 'snap-off-antenna' option?
What about spray wax option?
If spray wax, do the buffing attendents wear bikinis?
Do you need under-carriage spray option for road salt removal?
Do you have EPA approved discharge filters with clog switches?
Do you have any idea what you are doing?

Re "Do you have any idea what you are doing?"

That was not nice (or should I say not PC?)
An accurate assessment, but not nice.

Uh as far as bikinis goes
Do you need to calculate total area covered (TAC)
Do you need to calculate TAC divided by total area
Do you need to determine color
What detectors would you suggest to get this information?

Here is your program for RSLogix 5 and a PLC 5/40.

I sincerely hope that once you finish this class you never lay eyes on a PLC again.

No guys youve got it all wrong.. A car wash ladder is usually only about 5 rungs long and is usually constructed of wood, or a combination of aluminum and fiberglass. (the rungs usually being alum, and the rails fiberglass.)
