DC Motor replacement using AC Motor

Hi..
I have cut to length machine with 40 meter/min speed using 7.5 HP DC motor and analog drive. I want to replace the DC motor using 10 HP AC motor c/w encoder as speed feedback and using Powerflex 700 and compactLogix processor. The tolerance is 2 mm. Any idea or suggestion?
