1794-TB3 connection

Hi, i am using 1794-TB3 for 1794-OB32P.
I hope, its OK as far as selection is concern.
Problem is, My all TB3s that i have got has its terminal 16 to 33 and 34-51 are shorted. This means i have opetion for only 16 outputs. Whereas in Wiring Scheme of TB3 shows wiring for OB32P.
Pl. somebody guide me what to do next...

You need 1794-TB32 or 1794-TB3G series terminal bases for 32 point modules.
