searching on siemens website

Hello !
I always have problems finding information on the siemens site ...
Anyonecan explain me how the find information ? This time I'm looking for info about "SM 338 Position Decoder Module"

In this case, when you get the results, select 'Only manuals/Operating instructions' in the left hand column to narrow your search

You can always highlight Automation, in support, etc then do a search. Is this the right manual?

but ..from where do you start searching ?

I was not sure about that manual because you stated Decoder and I noticed there is another pdf for a Decoder module:
