state the input and output requirements for a mitsubishi fxon-24mr-es plc. with circuit diagram that will allow a plc with a relay output to switch on a 240v 13a monitor.

You may want to consider that switching on the power suply to the monitor may not make it work anyhow -

I'd say a smoke containment system would be a major requirement. What is the screen size on that pup?
