3964R & S7-200

1) Please let me know if 3964R protocol available on S7-200, if not has any one developed this on free port of S7-200. How to talk to a device having 3964r protocol to S7-200 PLC.

2)Can an Add on Memory card in S7-200 act as a "FIFO" Data storage and can this CSV data on the card be deleted by the PC connected on S7200 Expl.

Waw! The thanks came before the effort was made!

Now for the answer to question 1: the 3964R protocol is not readily available on S7-200, and I don't know if anybody has already implemented it using freeport mode. But the good news is: the protocol descriptions are available and even from Siemens itself according to www.runmode.com.

I don't have an answer for your second question. So please be patient, I'm sure there are answers coming around sometime.

Circular Buffer

1) I hope some one gives me 3964R on S7200 free port, any one out there ? I do not want to spend time developing this.

2) Looks like the (MMC) card holds a circular buffer as CSV format, now how can i query ( run query from external windows application) to access this circular buffer ) any bright ideas ?
